What You’ll Be Doing:

• Clean and refurbish pre-owned vehicles to showroom condition before delivery to customers.
• Wash exterior surfaces, clean windows (inside and out), and wipe down door jambs.
• Thoroughly vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and leather surfaces.
• Apply wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors to a flawless finish.
• Restore the appearance of engine bays and treat fabrics and surfaces with protective products.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections such as scratches, dents, and interior blemishes, reporting any issues to the Reconditioning Manager.
• Maintain lot vehicles in pristine, presentable condition at all times.

Bonus Points: Experience with scratch removal, polishing, and paint touch-ups is a major asset.

• A proven track record of success in a commission-based or sales-driven environment (automotive, retail, or similar)
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A positive, driven attitude with a team-first mindset
• Flexible hours, including every other Saturday (a rarity in this Industry!)
