DRIVEN in Newmarket is looking for a Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership organized, clean, and customer-ready. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, making sure our vehicles are perfectly placed, clean, and ready for the spotlight. - Organizing, moving, and parking vehicles on the lot
- Maintaining the facility daily
- Ensuring the lot stays clean, presentable, and well-maintained
- Assisting with vehicle check-in, deliveries, and transfers
- Cleaning snow, checking tire pressure, and topping up fluids as needed
- Supporting the sales and service teams as required
- Helping detailers, technicians, and drivers when needed — teamwork makes the dream work
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid G-class Ontario Driver’s License
- Previous dealership experience (preferred)
- Comfortable driving automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
- Physically able to be on your feet and active throughout the day

- Clean and refurbish pre-owned vehicles to showroom condition before delivery to customers.
- Wash exterior surfaces, clean windows (inside and out), and wipe down door jambs.
- Thoroughly vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, and leather surfaces.
- Apply wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors to a flawless finish.
- Restore the appearance of engine bays and treat fabrics and surfaces with protective products.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections such as scratches, dents, and interior blemishes, reporting any issues to the Reconditioning Manager.
- Maintain lot vehicles in pristine, presentable condition at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive detailing experience is a must.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
